郭腾飞，中共党员，河南大学心理学博士，校聘副教授。主要从事管理心理学和组织行为学（主动行为、优势使用）等相关领域的理论和实践等方面的研究，承担广东省教育科学规划课题（高等教育专项）1项，作为主要成员参与2项国家社会科学基金项目。
