      广东技术师范大学教育科学学院应用心理学系副教授(校聘),硕士生导师,同时兼任广东省高等教育学会职业教育研究分会理事,全国应用心理行业产教融合共同体执行秘书长。主要从事青少年学业、生涯和心理发展影响因素及其作用机制相关研究,在Psychology in the Schools、School Psychology International、Journal of Family Psychology、心理科学等心理学高水平SSCI/CSSCI论文20余篇,参与国家自然科学基金面上项目、教育部人文社会科学重点研究基地重大项目等多个项目。
